I had a fantastic 4-night stay! The breakfast was delicious with a stunning view, and I loved the cleanliness of my room, especially the comfy bedding. A couple of days, the Wi-Fi was spotty, which was a letdown since it is usually reliable. I would definitely choose this place again.

The rooftop pool offers a nice escape with warm water and a solid view, making for a relaxing experience even during winter. The kitchenette in the suite is surprisingly well-equipped for those wanting to whip up a meal.

The plumbing issues were a bit frustrating. toilets that struggled to flush and a long wait for hot water definitely put a damper on relaxation. Some of the furniture, particularly the sofa, felt quite worn and out of place for what the price would suggest. Dining options at the hotel could use a serious overhaul, as the menu was unappealing, and my meal of fried salmon left much to be desired.

I stayed in an Executive Suite for two nights. The stunning views from the top-floor breakfast restaurant were absolutely memorable. While some staff were a bit off-putting at times, the spacious room and excellent meeting facilities made for a delightful experience overall.

During my stay, I loved that it was just a short walk to the beautiful Parque Bicentenario and only 500 meters from Tobalaba Metro, making it super convenient to explore the city while soaking in the local sights. plus, the staff were friendly and always willing to help us make the most of our weekend adventures.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, great breakfast, including excellent views and a nice selection of food items, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing stay before exploring the nearby attractions and conveniently located just a short walk from the Tobalaba Metro station.

Had a lovely time in an executive suite. Really spacious with a nice living area and kitchenette. The shower was clean and functional. Free breakfast on the 17th floor was awesome—great views of the city. Staff were super attentive and helpful. Gym was small but decent for a quick workout.

This hotel suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff helped me with an insect bite, showing their care. I recommend enjoying the buffet breakfast on the 17th floor. I'm coming back for Easter.

The nearby dining spots were where the magic was at! Don Carlos Carne got my meat cravings sorted, and Poke Bar offered fresh, lively flavors that hit just right. The Executive Suite was another win—roomy and comfy for my solo adventures.

That HVAC was throwing a tantrum, and getting hot water in the shower was a mini quest.

The rooftop pool was a blast! The views were stunning and the warm water made it perfect for a winter dip.
